Questions about the Creek County Literacy Program?

The Creek County Literacy Program has been serving Creek County residents and employees since 1989. The Mission of the Creek County Literacy Program is to encourage, educate and equip aspiring readers to overcome the barriers of illiteracy. CCLP provides free reading instruction to functionally illiterate adults who live or work in Creek County, prepare families to manage their health care needs and to be effectively involved in the education of their children, to tutor children/youth who may have different learning styles, and to provide reading improvement programs county-wide.

How Can I Make a Donation?

Together we can give a gift that keeps on giving. We ask that you consider making a donation to the Creek County Literacy Program. Your gift will help provide resources for future generations. In addition, you may receive substantial financial benefits and tax savings while helping a good cause.

Donation – Your donation will help purchase materials, books, computers and other items needed to help bring our community the help they have taken the courage to request.

Adopt-a-book – A rewarding and lasting way to honor a loved one. Your gift will be used specifically for book or media purchases. Your name will be placed in the book(s) to recognize your gift unless you request anonymity.

Planned Giving – You can give to the future of your community by giving a specific dollar amount or percentage of your assets to the Creek County Literacy Program through a bequest in your will.

Corporate/Employee Donations – Creek County Literacy representatives can visit your organization or place of business to speak to your employees about giving or tutoring.

Raise money for Creek County Literacy – You can help Creek County Literacy while you search and shop online. You earn a penny for every search, and the participating stores will donate a percentage of your purchase to CCLP, at no extra cost to you. Visit www.iGive.com to start searching and shopping.

Creek County Literacy Program is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations are tax deductible.
